RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you and your little one to love every Arzoey piece! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund.
Items must be: • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition • With all tags attached • In original packaging
To start a return, email us at arzoeyandyou@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
Please note: Arzoey pieces are made in small batches with limited quantities per size. If your requested size is sold out, we will issue store credit toward a future Arzoey purchase instead.
Email us at arzoeyandyou@gmail.com and we'll check availability and arrange your exchange. You cover return shipping; we'll cover shipping the new size to you (if available).
FOUNDING 30 CUSTOMERS
Items purchased with the FOUNDING30 discount code are eligible for exchange only (not refund) within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. If your size is sold out, we'll issue store credit. We want our founding families to find their perfect fit!
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at arzoeyandyou@gmail.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately, including return shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Refunds do not include original shipping costs or customs duties paid.
