Orders under $800 USD are typically duty-free, although customs rules and regulations may vary depending on the shipment.

Same-Day Local Delivery π
Same-day local delivery is available in:
- Surrey
- South Surrey
- Langley
- Burnaby
- New Westminster
- Coquitlam
- Delta
To qualify for same-day delivery, please place your order by 2:00 PM.
Eligible orders are delivered between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the same day, subject to availability.
Same-day delivery is limited to two deliveries per day and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Local orders are personally delivered by Simran in Arzoey's signature canvas bag with a rainbow ribbon.
If all same-day delivery slots are full, your order will either be:
- Scheduled for the next available delivery day, or
- Shipped using the applicable standard shipping service.
International Returns and Exchanges
All international sales are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
Our organic cotton pieces are not pre-washed or pre-shrunk. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

We do not mass-produce or hold large quantities of inventory. Producing in small batches helps us minimize waste and allows us to maintain careful quality control throughout the production process.
